☾ Just like the Moon ☽
This is… probably, the comic which means the most to me. It still gives me feels whenever I read it and makes me want to cry for no specific reason. It touches my soul like nothing else.
When I created Jack Savage (I know, technically speaking he’s not a character of mine, but he might as well be) and Cynthia Walker, I didn’t mean to make them a couple. Indeed, they aren’t. Nonetheless… I gave them a bond whose strength, sometimes, maganes to surprise even me. A bond that goes beyond common sense and – to quote my favorite tumblr fellow here, @moonwatcher13 – keeps changing shape over time, as Jack and Cynthia do.
I’m very fond to these two characters; I love all my sons and daughters, but these two… these two drive me crazy. Sometimes I feel like they have a life of their own, and I myself am curios to know how far they’ll go.
I hope… far, far away. ❤

“What are you drawing?”
One of the first works featuring Zac I gently asked Rem to make. As you can see, the concept of Cynthia Walker was a little different from what it actually turned out to be, here.
Her neck and tail aren’t as “thick” and fluffy as they should be; she resembles Skye a lot in this drawing – what they have in common being arctic vixens with the anatomy of a red fox 😂 – and that was entirely my mistake. Still not sure why I told Rem to draw her like that. 🤔 On the other hand, Zac and Stella look perfectly!

Cynthia Walker and honesty
One of the first “official artworks” I asked Rem to make for Cynthia. Just our shy vixen trying to be more honest with other mammals… by reading odd books from unknown origins. (not) Way to go, Cycy.
